05/28/13 - Directors' Update re: FMRI Laboratory Expansion
Over the several months, the Functional MRI Laboratory will continue to expand its operations to include two new MRI machines. The Directors' 2013 quarter 1-2 update about the expansion was distributed to our user community on May 28th and is available on our Expansion Update website. This entire Directors' update is dedicated to the upcoming replacement for our old MRI scanner.
05/22/13 - Call for Nominations for Fall 2013 Symposium and 2013/2014 Speaker Series
We are now planning for the Fall 2013 fMRI Symposium and academic year 2013/2014 fMRI Speaker Series. Nominations are due on June 14. Please see the Speaker Series and Symposium websites for details on submitting your nominations.
05/09/13 - Old Magnet Decommissioned End of June
Our old MRI machine, in the BIRB building, is scheduled to be decommissioned at the end of June. In order to schedule a firm shut-down date, any users still needing to run scans on the old scanner and encouraged to contact the Lab Manager as soon as possible, but no later than Tuesday, May 21st.
07/24/12 - $2,000,000 Grant Funded for Replacement of Old MRI Machine
We are pleased to announce that the National Institutes of Health has funded our Instrumentation Grant to replace our existing MRI machine. We are excited about the opportunities this grant will provide to our Laboratory.
